I'm fifteen years old so I'm in the 'adult' sizes. But everything else confuses me. I'm only 5ft, the inches from my middle hand crease to the end of my ring finger is 3.8 inches, and my wieght is around 118.
All the websites i've been to are confusing me because it says stuff like, 'If you are 5"0 are are in the junior sizes' and so on; mixing everything up.
Can you help, please?
Well, if you're in America, then the tip to your ring finger, from the crease is your size. If you're in Europe, it's different and unfortunately for Europeans I am not sure. That is not the only way to determine the correct size, so don't worry.
The other method, is to wrap your hand around the tennis racket. There's going to be a small space between your pinky, ring, and middle finger that's opposite of your thumb. If you can stick your finger in there, and it fits fine, the grip is okay for you. If the index finger has a LOT of room (and don't like shake it to see, just stick it in there) it's too big. If there is no space, you need a smaller grip.
Honestly, I use a smaller grip just because I know I'm going to use it for awhile, and people's hand's don't really change much so I can buy an Overgrip if I need it which is basically a thick grip that makes your grip larger in case you keep the same racket when you grow.
