tennis.....yes or no?
so at my school we are doing an unit on tennis and im usually not good at sports, but somehow tennis comes natural to me. i find that im actually pretty good at it.i think that if i practice i will get even better. i told my friends about liking tennis and the first thing they told me was "dude thats a homo sport" they told me i should keep on a sport like basketball, i don't know, i really like tennis and i know i shouldnt listen to them but still they make me uneasy. and yeah most of the tennis players are girls, they're is very few guys. so i dont know...what do you think?
My boyfriend is one of the top tennis players at my college. He has a full ride, a toned body, and is really happy. I don't see any reason he should stop.
Tennis is not a girls sport. I know it may suck that your friends don't back you up, but I can take down half of my guy friends in football (and I'm only five foot one) and my girl friends don't say anything because they know that it's something I enjoy. If you don't go for it, you may regret it later in life.
Always do what you believe makes you happy.
