how to get rid of a small gut?
im not fat, but i just need to flatten my tummy a little. i play tennis 5 days a week for 2 hours and at night to do crunches, and i eat healthy too, but i havent been noticing any results. is there anything else i can do to get rid of my gut faster?

Try the ab-lounge, i never was fat but i got it and i notice pretty good results in the lower abs from it. It doesnt take long to do and is pretty easy, its certainly a good edge to add to your routine.
