how do you use the racket to bounce the tennis ball and pick it up?
im not sure if this is clear but im a new tennis player and i am really bad at bounce the racket on the ball to pick it up.i cant really explain good so i hope i get some answers even if you dont really get it .kay thx
hover over the ball with your racket and lean over a little bit to bend your arm then hit the ball hard or soft and pick your arm up fast and the ball should go up.
or another better way, pick up the ball by taking your racket and move the ball with it to your foot and put the ball on the side of your foot and lift your foot up holding the racket on the ball and the ball will come up easier than the other way you said.
Just practice.
